Now, Bergkvist Siljan Blyberg is looking for an engaged and collaborative Electrical Coordinator for the maintenance department in Blyberg – a modern sawmill located only 20 minutes from Mora! The maintenance department's overarching mission is to ensure the highest possible availability and operational reliability in production. The work is characterized by continuous improvement with a focus on personal safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable operations. We use the renewable material wood to saw and plan lumber for customers all over the world. Our business idea is based on sustainable and long-term raw material supply from our local area.
Your Responsibilities
As an Electrical Coordinator at Bergkvist Siljan in Blyberg, you will become a key person in our maintenance department, where you are responsible for coordination, planning, and follow-up of maintenance activities within electricity and automation. Here, you ensure that daily work in your area is carried out according to current guidelines and within the established budget, while also ensuring high and stable production availability. In addition to daily maintenance work, you will be responsible for projects concerning the electrical area.
The role involves personnel responsibility for a team of radio-equipped electricians, and in this role, you will have close collaboration with colleagues in maintenance and production. In the maintenance department, we always strive for well-functioning maintenance where work regarding condition monitoring and orderliness are important parts. As an Electrical Coordinator for Bergkvist Siljan Blyberg, you will report directly to the site manager in Blyberg and be part of the local management group.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Upper secondary education in electricity/automation or equivalent knowledge
- Experience of electricity and automation within the industry
- A willingness to lead others
- Experience working in maintenance systems
If you also have knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and experience in troubleshooting in a PLC environment, we consider this a merit.

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and has good leadership skills. You are solution-oriented, analytical, and skilled at planning, coordinating, and following up on work. As a person, you are communicative, collaborative, and have a natural ability to create engagement and trust within your team.
